From booking to departure, HB Holiday Lettings offers friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely local support to help make your stay on the Isle of Wight as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.  We accept all card payments including AMEX.


We live and work on the Island and know our homes — and the area — extremely well. If you’re unsure which property might suit you best, our team is always happy to talk things through and help guide you.


To help you make the most of your stay, we provide access to our HB Guide, a carefully curated collection of our favourite places to eat, explore and enjoy across the Island. It’s designed to save you precious holiday time — we’ve already done the research.


As part of your booking, we’re pleased to offer discounted ferry travel for our guests, helping to make your journey to the Island simpler and better value.

If you need recommendations, help arranging an activity, or advice during your stay, we’re always nearby and on hand.


We’re here if something goes wrong, and just as happy to help if you’d like to organise something special — whether that’s a food delivery, a welcome hamper or catering for a special occasion.

What’s included in our holiday homes


Each HB Holiday Lettings property is individually owned and furnished, so facilities and features may vary from home to home. However, unless otherwise stated on the property listing, guests can generally expect the following:

  • Heating throughout the property
  • Wi-Fi and television
  • Bed linen and towels, with beds made up for your arrival
    (Please bring your own beach towels and towels for dogs)
  • Bath mats, tea towels and oven gloves
  • A property information pack explaining how everything works, along with local recommendations


Cots and high chairs are not provided as standard at every property. Please enquire in advance — these may be available for an additional charge.
