Pretty Little Bramley sits in the heart of the coastal village of Seaview, just seconds from the beach and village amenities. Sleeping six in three bedrooms, this bright, spacious cottage is a welcoming retreat for families and friends, with children and dogs very much welcome.
The wide entrance hall provides plenty of room for coats and beach bags, with a downstairs bunk bedroom that doubles as a playroom immediately to the right.
Beyond the hall, the sociable, L-shaped living space brings everyone together. Settle into the large sofa in front of the TV, or gather around the dining table, which seats six and has sliding doors opening onto the garden. The well-equipped kitchen looks out towards the dining and living areas, so whoever is cooking can still be part of the conversation.
A downstairs shower room with a WC and washbasin also houses the laundry facilities and a small freezer.
Upstairs are two generously sized bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and hanging space. There is also a second shower room with a WC, plus a further separate WC.
Outside, the thoughtfully arranged garden offers space to enjoy the sunshine, with a charcoal barbecue for relaxed meals together after a day at the beach.
