The property spans two generously appointed floors, with each room designed to offer both style and practicality. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large entrance hall leading to a welcoming kitchen and breakfast room, equipped with modern appliances and a convenient larder. The kitchen has a stunning conservatory dining area, where bi-folding doors open up to a private terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The bright living room is a true sanctuary, featuring comfortable seating, a cosy woodburner, and doors that lead to the lush garden, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The separate dining room seats 8-10 guests and also provides access to the garden, while the study/snug offers a cosy retreat with a double sofa bed, a woodburner, and a large Smart TV with games for entertainment. The utility room includes practical amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, and a walk-in shower.
