Here you can relax to the sound of the waves, watch ships passing in the Solent, enjoy gorgeous sea swimming – or simply play in the sand or take your dog for a walk on the beach. Comfortably sleeping 8, East Rookery is a spacious ground floor apartment that is child and pet friendly. It’s accessed from the lane down 8 shallow steps where there is also a handrail. The flat itself is all on one level.
A large open plan living and dining area boasts panoramic views across the lawn to the bay and double doors to the outside. Comfortable sofas and a window seat are arranged to enjoy the ever changing seascape and the dining table seats 8. The master bedroom enjoys the same wonderful views with a superking size bed and en suite shower room. The newly decorated bunk room sleeping four is at the back of the apartment, as is the family bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is another good-sized double bedroom on that side of the flat. The kitchen is well equipped and has another door to the outside. Parking is available on the lane in front of the property. The attractive and friendly village of Seaview with its shops and restaurants is a short stroll down Pier Road. Footpaths from the front of the property also lead to the beautiful and quiet Priory Bay.
