During the winter months we are offering this family home, situated in the heart of Bembridge as a ground floor apartment, spacious accommodation for 2 guests.
Enter in to the hallway with the sun streaming in to the living room on the left, TV and log burner and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is large with a larder, work surfaces, gas hob range and well equipped. Through to the bright conservatory which is where you will find the downstairs bedroom suite to the left with double bed and ensuite shower WC & WHB.
Outside, the garden is terraced, garden furniture and BBQ. Private, walled garden. To the front is private off street parking for one car with EV Charging facility.
