Mayfield is the perfect family home situated in the heart of Bembridge with off street parking. The house is sunny, modern, bright and comfortable and comfortably sleeps 8. Enter in to the hallway with the sun streaming in to the living room on the left, TV and log burner and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is large with a larder, work surfaces, gas hob range and well equipped. Through to the bright conservatory, long sociable dining area for all your meals, this leads directly out to the sunny garden. There is also a double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room.
Upstairs the master is 4 poster king size bed, chest of drawers, bedside lights and a sink. The twin bedroom is along the hall with bed side lights, space to hang clothes and chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a bath and good shower over, sink and WC. The bedroom at the end is a sturdy bunk room, also with space for hanging clothes, black out blind and bedside table and lamp.
Outside, the garden is terraced, garden furniture and BBQ. Private, walled garden. To the front is private off street parking for one car with EV Charging facility.
