Walk in to lovely hallway with stair case ahead, living room to the right and downstairs bedroom with bay window with views of Solent to the left. Bed side tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. En suite bathroom, large with bath and shower over. The living room has a 2 seater sofa and armchairs and chairs, a log burner and bay window with views. Along hallway to new kitchen well fitted kitchen with all appliances, extendable table to seat 10 and door out to patio area. Conservatory off with further seating also further cloak room. Upstairs, family bathroom, walk in shower, WC and WHB. 2 x king size bedrooms. Master bedroom has bay windows and seaviews, ornamental fire place, a basin, bed side tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe. We are lucky enough to be able to offer this comfortable and bright 3 bedroom house in St Helens just off the village green. It is a short walk to the beach, has off street parking, pets accepted on request and a private garden.
